Artur Davis, You’re Now A Racist Just Like Me

Artur Davis who just left the democrat party said exactly what I’ve been saying for years and that is that he left the party because it left him. The democrats that are in power now have been co-opted by socialists/communists who have no desire despite what they say in public of having true dialog with other points of view.

They treat people the way many in the black community treat those that dare venture outside of the “black” way of thinking and that is to support any and everything “black” even if it takes us down a path that we are personally against.

That way of thinking is the very reason that I turned my “black card” in (well Jesus had more to do with that than anything) because I didn’t like people telling me what to do and how to think and last time I checked black folk and many others fought hard to get rid of “massa’s” so why in the world would I cow down and accept a new one just because he/she/them are black.

First, I’d like to know who “whereizzy” is….that’s been my screen name for 12 years and lately I’ve found it to already taken on many websites. My guess is they are Southern.
I have something to say about Artur Davis & have no idea where else to post it. I happened on this place quite by accident. I’m a resident of District 7 in Alabama. I don’t pledge alliegence to any political party. Rep. Davis was the first representative for District 7 I wasn’t ashamed of in all the years I’ve lived here. He is fair and what I call “moderate”. He listened to the people he represented. I was surprised when he ran for Governor of AL(didn’t want to lose him as Rep)but felt he would probably make a good one. As usual, the residents of AL picked the wrong two candidates to run for Governor. Davis or Byrne would have both been good, IMO. I wasn’t surprised that Mr. Davis left here and moved to VA. Anyone who reads this from VA should certainly do some research on Artur Davis if he decides to run for public office there. Alabama’s loss could well be Virginia’s gain. I don’t want to write a book here but if anyone is interested in any more I have to say about him, please reply and I’ll do my best to answer why I feel the way I do.

    • Being here in Alabama I agree. There are a number of points that Mr. Davis and I disagree on but there are many more that we can see eye to eye on but more importantly he doesn’t try to be dishonest about what he believes like our president does and he finally figured out that the Democratic part had left him as it had me. I’m not to keen on what alot of republicans have done either which is why I’m a Conservative that just happens to vote republican more often than not. Be blessed and like you I also feel that Alabama’s loss may very well be Virginia’s gain.
