Do Not Expect A Spiritual Return On Anything That You Are Not Spiritually Invested In

Why do you claim that you desire to be closer to God when you often choose every other road to travel on except the one that He has designed for you to sojourn upon to get to Him?

There is an old saying that you have to “invest money to make it” and the same goes for increasing spiritual capital that we need to move forward with God’s direction in our lives.

We must invest through prayer, study, and by learning to hear God’s voice in each and every situation that happens every moment of every hour of every day yet once this capital is attained we as believers in Christ and acting with His nature should know that unlike the capital produced in this realm which many aspire to hoard or use in un-Godly ways spiritual capital is made to invest into others in an exponential and reciprocal explosion of love that should reverberate throughout the earth showing God’s love to all of His creations.

So if you find yourself complaining about the….ummm…”fertilizer” that you currently find yourself standing in know that despite your “wonderings” if God is actively working in your situation that He has prepared the ground, planted the seed, and watered it which will induce growth but the fertilizer is an important tool to facilitate proper growth of the spirit-filled man/woman (so quit complaining about being in it when you find yourself in it but hold your nose and keep on keeping on!).

So I encourage you to be a “plant” that is willing to be fertilized so that the seed that God has placed inside of you can produce a tree that will produce beautiful and nourishing fruit that will in turn be seed that God will use to do the same in others and the love of Jesus Christ will march into the hearts of all mankind through His Army of willing and ready soldiers…..that my friend, my brothers and sisters are you and I!

He loves you today and desires to show the whole world what He can do with one willing, healthy, dedicated, and purposeful “tree” that allows itself to become whatever type of tree that He needs to plant in this world of dry, thirsty, forests.
