1 Corinthians 6:19 (KJV) What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

What have you done to improve your health today?

Just as it is with your spiritual walk with Christ so it shall be in your physical body when you repent of yesterday’s bad decisions, ask for forgiveness, and simply move on today with new focus and a new attitude secure in the Lord Jesus Christ.

He wants you to take better care of your body and you have the ability to choose better foods, get more rest, drink more water, stop making excuses, and exercise the temple that He has blessed you with.

No condemnation here…lift your head up sweet prince/princess (co-heir to the throne with Christ Himself) so start today to choose to eat healthy and get at least 30 minutes of walking at a moderate clip at least five days a week and you’ll be stunned how this simple lifestyle change will change your outlook, your mood, and your body.

Take some of the time that you reserve for social media, “Hell-a-vision”, music,., (etc.,) and walk around the house or your back yard, or just walk in place or better yet the great outdoors (whenever you “unplug” you may actually hear His voice clearer BTW).

Invite God to lead you in your workout and you’ll be less likely to “give up” sooner than you need to because you’ll know that He’s your personal trainer.

He loves you today! I personally know that improving your health, losing weight, living a healthier lifestyle is a sometime daunting task but you have it in you to be a more healthier version of you!

YOU CAN DO THIS, YOU CAN DO THIS, YOU CAN DO THIS!….and God is wanting to lead you as you walk down the road to a better “you” both spiritually and physically so call on His name and rely on us your brothers and sisters who are traveling down the same road towards a better “us” which will make for a better “bride” that can effect change for a better world and by God’s grace and with our new bodies we’ll have more strength and energy to accomplish the mission.
