Do not be so quick to judge a person who is fighting tyranny’s faith…it may just be the path that God put him/her on!

Matthew 7 1-5: (1-5) “Don’t pick on people, jump on their failures, criticize their faults— unless, of course, you want the same treatment. That critical spirit has a way of boomeranging. It’s easy to see a smudge on your neighbor’s face and be oblivious to the ugly sneer on your own. Do you have the nerve to say, ‘Let me wash your face for you,’ when your own face is distorted by contempt? It’s this whole traveling road-show mentality all over again, playing a holier-than-thou part instead of just living your part. Wipe that ugly sneer off your own face, and you might be fit to offer a washcloth to your neighbor.”

There are some of you out there who act as if people who are fighting battles within our system of government are in some way lacking faith in God. Who are you to determine what path a person may or may not have been put on in his or her lifetime? Just as God allows and even appoints kings and rulers he also appoints people with the mission to challenge them so that when they themselves stray or oppose the Word of God that they themselves might be saved.

Do not be so eager to assume that just because you yourself do not have the desire to fight for a right that is guaranteed under our Constitution that your brother or sister next to you who is very vocal about protecting those rights have not been put there by God to do so…it is how our country was formed.

God specifically showed me some time ago that the entire purpose (despite what we are now being taught in school these days) for this country to be founded was so that he would have a people that would have the freedom to not only worship Him freely but to also have a foothold in this world to spread the seeds of His gospel which is what has happened…has it not?

Though the American church has become lazy in its “spiritual fatness” there is still a fire under a great remnant in this country and at any moment revivals break out in God’s due timing…even in city halls and the highest levels of government but if His people abdicate their freedoms because of a spiritual lethargy or because of some religious pride then they don’t deserve those freedoms at all.

Yes some of our brothers and sisters go overboard in their zeal to fight against tyranny whether perceived or real but in your judgment of their lack of faith do you not realize that it is during these periods of going overboard that God may use these moments of personal failure to teach them about the true inclinations that reside in their heart?

Is your faith so lacking that you feel like God’s hand is too slack to reel them back in when they over reach His purposes and plans?

I personally can attest to the fact that God uses politics to show a man what the parallel to freedom in this world (our Constitution which is was inspired by God to give men freedom on earth) and the freedoms granted to us by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ that is found in the Holy Texts.

So politics may not be your path but instead of assuming that a person has a lack of faith in God for fighting tyranny pray that God’s will be done in their life in the fight and rest assured just as it has with me God will show the person how to fight the fight against tyranny and the powers that are constantly on the march in this realm with the power that we all as children of the Most High God have access to.

Just a thought!
